Our Newest Opportunity: The Client Service Operations Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing operational support to the Select and Enterprise client retention teams. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities required with the ability to work independently and with minimal direction. Must be a team player who is willing to contribute and help others. Accountable, with great attention to detail is a must. Successful candidate would require the skill to prioritize when handling high work volumes. The Administrative Assistant needs to be proficient in working with computers and would require the ability to learn new technology tools quickly. There will be a range of key responsibilities, so this is a great role for those who are flexible, have a “can-do” attitude, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Enterprise operations team.
  • Handle special projects
  • Perform data analyses, and produce and revise reports
  • Carry out administrative, operational and quality control measures, following up as needed
  • Work extensively with back-office system, D365
  • Update CRM with policies, renewal dates, participants, premium, projections and documents
  • Collects missing information on groups.
  • Financial reconciliation support
  • Perform other administrative duties as required (email backup)
  • Other projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible, and disciplined
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple & complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
  • Excellent team player skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required
  • Proven track record in customer service; preferred
  • Familiarity with D365 database applications, a plus
